Douglas Turner

Doug joined the team in 1998, working side by side with his father. In 2013, Doug became the third generation to own and operate Turner & Sons Roofing & Siding, LLC. He is responsible for all roofing sales while assisting in siding, windows, gutters, and doors. Doug oversees all employees as well as operations and financial accounts for the business.

Personal interest: "I love my job and take great pride in our company. However, when not at work, I enjoy spending my time with my wife, two daughters, and our three labs. We love to ski, snowmobile, enjoy the outdoors, and the attending the girls' sporting events.”

John "Hayden" Turner

John has been an owner of Turner & Sons Roofing & Siding, LLC since 1979. John does the majority of our siding and window estimates, assists with repairs and troubleshooting issues, and provides good quality solutions in our customer service department.

Personal Interest: "I choose to stay active by participating in outdoor activities. However, my favorite activity is skiing with my grandchildren."

Anthony Gioco

Project Manager

Anthony is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in project management across diverse industries. Personal Interest: Anthony treasures moments spent with his dogs and cherishes quality time with his family above all else. When time permits, he indulges in outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing, ATV’s, and Snowmobiling. 

Craig Tarallo

Craig brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Project Manager at Turner & Sons, LLC.. With a robust background spanning multiple facets of the construction industry, Craig's journey to his current position is marked by a dedication to excellence and a passion for delivering top-tier results.

Craig leverages his diverse background to oversee the successful execution of windows, doors, roofing and siding projects. He is committed to delivering excellence in craftsmanship, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project. His leadership and attention to detail are instrumental in driving the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

Personal Interest:  Snowmobiling through the winter landscapes and tackling rugged trails on his mountain bike during the warmer months. Craig's love for adventure is matched only by his devotion to his family, including his two beloved dogs. Whether exploring the great outdoors or spending quality time at home.

John Mcgowan

John is the cornerstone of production management at Turner & Sons Roofing & Siding, LLC, serving as the Production Manager with unwavering dedication and expertise. With his keen eye for detail and extensive experience in project oversight, John ensures that every project is executed with precision and excellence, from start to finish.

With a wealth of experience in the construction industry, John is well-versed in problem-solving and adept at addressing challenges as they arise. His ability to think on his feet and implement innovative solutions ensures that projects stay on track and meet the expectations of clients.

Personal Interest: He has a deep affection for dogs and dedicates his free time to working with dog rescues and fostering dogs in need. His compassion and commitment to animal welfare are evident in his tireless efforts to provide loving homes and second chances to furry friends in distress. John is also passionate about cars, with a keen interest in performance. When not at work, he can often be found tinkering with his own vehicles or attending car shows.
